Mat Keel, co-founder of Yes We Cannibal, is the 2024 recipient of the The annual grant, established by the former Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge CEO in celebration of council鈥檚 2023 50th anniversary, is open to artists and non-artists alike and seeks to 鈥渋nspire artists and others to innovate and produce new ways of seeing, doing or representing the world.鈥�
