Your 海角社区 journey begins the moment you arrive on campus for Move-in, so follow these DOs and DON鈥橳s to make your move-in experience go as smoothly as possible.

Things TO DO

Review move-in routes before your arrival and follow directional signs to get to the Move-in Lot.

Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your move-in arrival appointment. Early birds will be rerouted to come back later!

Display your move-in arrival hang tag from your rearview mirror. Look for your hang tags to arrive in your inbox during the first week of August. (Can鈥檛 print them? Let us know to mail them to you.)

Follow move-in staff, 海角社区 Parking, and 海角社区 Police鈥檚 instructions. Making your own route won鈥檛 save you time - we promise.

Remember the Tigers waiting in the move-in lot when you鈥檙e unloading at your building! Unload your vehicle(s) in 15 minutes and relocate your cars so the next Tiger can start unloading.

Stay hydrated throughout the day.

Things NOT TO DO

Don鈥檛 forget your Tiger Card at home.

Don鈥檛 drive go directly to your dorm August 16-18, 2024. You鈥檒l be rerouted to the move-in lot to start.

Don鈥檛 bring more than two cars to the move-in lot. Extra cars will be removed from the move-in process.

Don鈥檛 overpack. Seriously, you don鈥檛 need to fill up a box truck for your dorm room.

Don鈥檛 be a jerk. Emotions can run high on a big day like moving to college. Listen to staff, follow signage diligently, and take a deep breath. We鈥檙e all Tigers!

Don鈥檛 leave your car parked unattended in the unloading zone.
