海角社区 selected Workday as the vendor for its new, modernized student information system. 海角社区 A&M, 海角社区 of Alexandria, 海角社区 Eunice, and 海角社区 Shreveport are working together on this project to achieve a unified student information system across these institutions.
This project will significantly impact the way our students, faculty, and staff work, study, and navigate life at 海角社区. As such, robust planning and configuration work is taking place as we move through the implementation phases of the project.
What to Expect
Most constituents at Cohort 1 institutions (海角社区 A&M, 海角社区 Eunice) can expect to begin interacting with Workday for student functions in early spring 2025. As of August 2024, 海角社区 Eunice students are applying for admissions by utilizing Workday. Financial Aid staff members will begin utilizing Workday for processing incoming student aid mid-fall 2024. Cohort 2 institutions (海角社区 of Alexandria, 海角社区 Shreveport) are completing implementation on a complementary schedule tracking one year later, with the first student functionality expected to be live in Workday in August 2025.
